## What is GC AI?

GC AI is an AI copilot designed specifically for in-house lawyers. It helps you:

## How It Works

GC AI provides a purpose-built chat interface for legal work, powered by leading AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, including GPT-5, Claude Opus 4.6, and Gemini 3.1 Pro. Key capabilities include:

* **Advanced reasoning:** A structured 5-step thinking process for complex legal analysis
* **Research Agent:** Autonomous parallel research across web sources with real-time progress tracking
* **Smart document access:** File tools that intelligently read, search, and query your documents (up to 2,500 pages per file) without consuming your entire context window
* **Precise citations:** Source citations with hover previews, in-document highlighting, and copy-with-citations
* **Export:** Download chats and messages as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown — and tables as CSV or XLSX
* **Enterprise security:** End-to-end encryption, zero data retention agreements, and organization-scoped data isolation

When you create your account, GC AI will:
