# Company Profiles

> Managing and sharing Company Profiles in your Organization

## About Company Profiles

Company Profiles in GC AI Organizations:

* Reflect shared company attributes (name, size, industry, location, revenue, regulations, risk tolerance, and more)
* Are automatically included in every chat to provide organization-aware AI responses
* Are private by default but can be shared among team members
* Can be created and managed within the organization

## How Profiles Power AI Responses

Your Company Profile is automatically injected into the AI's context for every conversation. This means GC AI can:

* Tailor legal advice to your industry and regulatory environment
* Consider your organization's risk tolerance in recommendations
* Use your company's legal name and details in drafts
* Reference your preferred jurisdictions, standard clauses, and compliance requirements

See [Creating a Company Profile](/guides/organizations/creating-a-profile) for details on what fields are available and how to set up your profile.
