# Connect Microsoft 365

> One-time tenant admin consent for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, then per-user connect

Microsoft 365 covers Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. It is an OAuth connector: each person authorizes their own account. Many Microsoft 365 tenants also require one-time tenant admin consent before anyone can connect.

<Note>
  If your tenant requires admin consent, an admin completes the step below once. After that, every user connects their own account individually.
</Note>

## Grant tenant admin consent (admins)

<Steps>
  <Step title="Start the connect flow">
    Open **Settings → Integrations → Agent Connectors** and start the connect flow for a Microsoft 365 app (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, or SharePoint).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable for your whole organization">
    Choose **Enable for your whole organization** to complete Microsoft's admin consent step for the tenant.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Connect your account

After admin consent is in place, each person connects their own account:

1. Open **Settings → Integrations → Agent Connectors**.
2. Select **Connect** on the Microsoft 365 app you want.
3. Complete Microsoft's sign-in flow for your account.

Admins cannot connect Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, or SharePoint on your behalf. You authorize your own account.
