# Sharing Playbooks Across Your Organization

> Learn how to share playbooks with your team

## 👥 Who Can Access Shared Playbooks

The playbook administrator or the creator of a playbook controls who has access to that playbook. You can either:

* **Share with specific people** - Grant access to individual users in your organization
* **Make available to your organization** - Allow all GC AI license holders at your company to view and use the playbook

## 🔄 How Sharing Works

Sharing is not automatic. The playbook creator must manually share the playbook with others, unless they choose to make it publicly available to all license holders when first creating the playbook.

### To Share a Playbook

1. Open the playbook you want to share
2. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top right corner and click "Share playbook"
3. To share with specific individuals, add their email address in the "Add Users" section
4. To share with everyone at your organization, under the "Read-only Access" section, toggle from "Private" to "Organization". This will allow all current and future members of your organization to have view access to the playbook

  To give someone edit access (not just view access), you must share the playbook with that specific user and grant them edit permissions.
