What Is Easy Prompt?

Easy Prompt rewrites a rough idea into a clear, structured prompt. You get better responses from GC AI with little effort. Easy Prompt also reads the context on your message. It uses your attached files, skills, playbooks, and company profile, so the new prompt fits your task.

How to Use Easy Prompt

  1. Type a basic prompt in the composer. For example, “Review this contract”.
  2. Select the Easy Prompt button in the composer toolbar, to the right of the microphone.
  3. GC AI streams an expanded prompt into the composer.
  4. Edit the expanded prompt to fit your needs.
  5. To go back, select Undo. You can select Undo more than once to step back through each change.
  6. Send the prompt when it is ready.
Easy Prompt works best when you start with a clear, specific request. Attach the files or skills you need first, so Easy Prompt can use them.

  • Attach the documents you want GC AI to analyze.
  • Name the parts of the document to focus on.
  • Include the document type and your goal in the prompt.
