Audio Transcription: Audio files are automatically transcribed using speech-to-text technology. The transcribed text becomes searchable and can be referenced in your chats just like any other document.
File Limitations
When uploading files to Knowledge Bases, keep these current limitations in mind:Per-File Limits
- No .zip: files must be unzipped or uncompressed.
- Each file must be under 50MB.
- Each file is limited to 2500 pages maximum.
Document Count Per Chat
While individual files can be up to 2500 pages, the number of documents in a single chat significantly impacts performance. If you need to work with many documents, consider:- Breaking your work across multiple chats
- Focusing each chat on a specific subset of related documents
