What is an Organization?

An Organization in GC AI is a permissions setup and shared workspace for teams within one company. Each Organization has its own:
  • Shared database isolated from other organizations
  • Team collaboration features
  • Unified workspace for sharing content
  • Centralized team management

Organization Features

Organizations provide team-level features beyond individual accounts:
  • All company users share one unified workspace with organization-scoped data isolation
  • Team collaboration through shared files, prompts, playbooks, and chats
  • Company Profile integration for organization-aware AI responses
  • Admin controls for chat sharing policies and web search approval settings
  • Content can be easily shared within the organization

Privacy by Default

Similar to other cloud-based collaboration software like Google Docs, content in GC AI is private by default:
  • Chats remain private unless explicitly shared
  • Prompts are only visible to their creator
  • Company Profiles can be kept private or shared
  • Team members control what they share
